Most integrations are connected by the account owner in the dashboard at Settings > Integrations — once connected, the AI receptionist and automations use them during calls and workflows automatically, with no API calls required on your side.

How this relates to the public API
- Connected in the dashboard, used automatically. Once an integration is connected, receptionists and automations use it server-side. For example, a receptionist with a connected CRM writes bookings and notes into it during calls — your API client does not need to (and cannot) call the CRM through AutoRev.
- API-accessible today: ServiceTitan customer sync (
POST /api/v1/integrations/servicetitan/sync-customers) — pull CRM customers into AutoRev lead lists programmatically, then target them with campaigns.
- Eventing: Webhook Subscriptions push calls, SMS, leads, and campaign events to any system — that plus Zapier & Webhooks covers most "get data out" needs without a bespoke endpoint.
