Prove it works
Who: the account owner. Time: a couple minutes, and it's the good part.
This is the last step, and it's the one that shows everything else worked.
What to do
Open Megan and describe a real job, one you've actually quoted before, the way a customer would describe it on the phone. Include enough detail that a real quote is possible: what the job is, rough size or scope, anything relevant to your trade.
What should happen
Your AI asks any clarifying questions it needs, the same way it would on a real call, then produces a worksheet with a real number and a link you can open. If your CRM history and pricing are set up right, the number should look close to what you'd have quoted yourself.
If the number looks off
That usually traces back to an earlier step. A generic-looking quote often means the CRM connection is still pulling in history, pricing wasn't set to your real numbers, or nothing's been uploaded yet. Ask Megan why she quoted what she quoted, she can walk through her own reasoning and tell you which input to fix.
You're live
Once this works, you're done with setup. Your AI receptionist answers calls with your real business info, books into your real CRM, and quotes with your real numbers.
