Upload your knowledge

Who: the account owner, or whoever has your price sheets handy. Time: a couple minutes to upload, a few more for AutoRev to process what you sent.

Why this step​

Your AI already prices jobs from your connected CRM's history and the settings from the previous step. Uploading your own price sheets, service menus, or standard procedures makes it sound even more like you, and gives it real answers for anything specific to how you run your business.

Where to upload​

In your dashboard, go to the AI Staff hub, then the Estimating agent, then the Knowledge tab. Drop in your files, spreadsheets, PDFs, or documents work.

What to expect​

Each file shows Processing right after upload, then Ready once it's been read and indexed, usually within a couple minutes. Your AI only pulls from files marked Ready. If a file's been sitting on Processing for a while, ask Megan to check its status.

Don't have a price sheet written down?​

Most owners already use ChatGPT or Claude for other things. Ask whichever one you already use to write a short pricing and services reference based on what it already knows about your business, then upload the result here. A couple minutes gets you from nothing to something real.
