Payload data: { receptionist_id, call_id, customer_name?, customer_phone?, booking? { confirmation, date, time, service_type, address }, booked_at }. Fires only on a booked call; a call that ends without a booking fires call.completed only. Ideal for a Zapier "New booking" trigger.
